Tom Hoseck, Owner of Sunstone Management/ Winona Rentals was born and raised in Winona MN. He pursued a composite materials engineering degree following high school at Winona State University. Graduating from Winona State University in the Class of 2001 he began his career as an engineer. After several years as an engineer Tom got interested in owning and managing residential real estate in early 2012. Now managing over 100 units in the Winona area, our main focus is on quality, affordable housing, and always trying to build good customer relationships.
